该剧讲述少年包拯从最开始只会卖萌耍贱到后来随着断案经验的累积、团队的不断磨合、以及与奸邪势力的斗智斗勇，一步步从“不太行”的小府尹，成长为真正的包青天的故事。
本片根据香港上世纪80年代“死亡车库”真实事件改编，一个被幽灵诅咒的离奇“尸家车位”吞噬了数十条人命后被政府下令水泥封堵，藏在其中的诡异故事也被永久封存。
