Bones的创作灵感来源于法庭人类学家和长篇小说家Kathy Reichs的真实生活。主人公Brennan博士是一名法医人类学家，为杰斐逊实验室工作，并以写作小说为副业，因有着特殊的才能，能根据受害者的尸骨找到常人难以发现的线索。而被法院强制她协助警方侦破那些因尸体严重腐烂、烧毁或被破坏而使得普通的尸检方法无能为力的凶杀案件。
人到中年的严保久（朱时茂 饰）凭借过人酒量，叱咤商海多年，所获颇丰。如今身为广告公司副总的他，不仅有令人羡慕的高收入，还有一个幸福美满的家庭。一次喝醉签错合同丢掉了饭碗，而且当晚居然阴差阳错的进错门，躺在了过气女演员白兰（杨恭如 饰）的床上。

9. Where for any sufficient reason it is impossible for a ship not normally engaged in towing operations to display lights as required by paragraph 1 or 3 of this regulation, such ship shall not be required to display lights when engaged in towing another ship in distress or in need of rescue.
