《蚵丰村》是导演龙吟的首部长片作品，讲述滨海渔村的故事，全片以16mm底片拍摄，除了呈现沿海渔塭的独特美感，也试图捕捉传统村舍与寺庙信仰幽远的在地气息。一如台湾岛本身杂揉多样的海国特色，这部片邀请到了不同背景与文化底蕴的创作者，包括俄罗斯摄影师Aley Elagin、捷克声音设计师Vojtech Zavadil、马其顿灯光师Vladimir Dimoski等人，卡司则由「国民老爸」喜翔带着新生代演员林禹緒、陈莘太同台飙戏。
影片是《四重奏》导演土井裕泰，编剧坂元裕二的大银幕首部合作作品。故事讲述男女主人公因在东京明大前站错过末班电车而偶然相识，之后展开时代、时间、地点、全部的偶然都像命运一样同步的5年恋爱，展现了他们在既非大人也非孩童的时期里，迷茫前行的模样。
